    Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are based on availability. We highly recommend making a reservation to minimize any potential wait times.
  • How do I book a private event party?

  • Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
    Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to reschedule your session, simply send us an email, and we'll assist you with the process. If you would like to cancel your session, please note that the initial down deposit of $50 is non-refundable.
  • Do I need to bring anything to my booking?
    Nope! We provide all the essential materials for your workshop. Tufting - yarn, tufting gun, canvas, and more! However, please be aware that if a canvas is accidentally ripped during the session and requires replacement, there is an additional fee of $25 per canvas (payable on-site). Painting - paint brushes, paint, easel, canvas, and more!
  • Can multiple people work on one rug?
    For safety reasons, only one person is allowed to work on a single rug.
  • How long is a tufting workshop?
    Our workshops vary in duration based on project size and complexity. We offer one-day classes for 20" x 20" frame rugs and 28" x 28" frame mirrors which typically take about 3 hours, while larger projects may require multiple sessions.
  • What tufting size options do you provide?
    - One-day 20" x 20" frame Rug (~3 hours) - One-day 28 "x 28" frame Mirror (~3 hours) - 35" x 35" LARGE rug (~5-6 hours)
  • What if I cannot finish within the time limit?
    If you purchase a one-day class, no worries! Our one-day classes are designed so that you can finish within that time limit, but if you happen to go over you can book another time slot (depending on our availability) with an additional fee of $100 (3 hours). Or, you can discuss with our art instructor to complete the piece for you for only $50 (service fee). If you purchase a class that is not one-day (35" x 35" frame or bigger), additional sessions do NOT incur additional charge. This is ONLY for one-day classes which should be a 3-hour tufting workshop.
  • What can I expect at a tufting workshop?
    Before your session: - We will send you an email upon booking to discuss and confirm your chosen design. - Out team will prepare your tufting station with your chosen design. Day of: - Select your preferred yarn colors. - Receive thorough instruction on how to properly use a tufting gun. - Have fun! After your session: - Our team will complete the backing process for you: glue, trim, and clean. - We will contact you within 1-2 weeks when your rug is available for pickup.
  • How are rug designs selected?
    You can either choose from our flash sheet that we provide via email or you can send over a custom design and we will review to ensure they comply with our design guidelines. We will then trace your designs onto our canvas ahead of your session. **Please submit your designs no later than 3 days before your booked session. This will give our art instructors enough time to review, approve, and set up for your class.**
  • What are your design guidelines?
    Our design guidelines favor simplicity, encouraging abstract shapes or cartoon-like images. This approach ensures that the final tufted rug maintains its quality and clarity. More suggestions: - simplified images with solid clear lines - 2D images preferred - colored section or color blocked images; more cartoon-like - avoid gradients, shading, and very intricate details - avoid lettering If your designs do not fulfill our guidelines, we will kindly request for you to send in a new design.
  • When can I expect my finished rug?
    The completion time for your finished rug can vary based on its size. We aim to have your rug ready for pick up within approximately 2 weeks. Please feel free to reach out for specific details regarding your project's completion.
  • Can I request my rug to be completed more quickly?
    Rugs are completed on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning we work on the backing for each rug in the order of the sessions. However, if you require your rug earlier for any reason, we offer an expedited service for an additional fee of $80 (payable on-site). With this service, we will prioritize the completion of your rug and have it ready for pickup the next day.
